NOTE: if you are a vendor who downloaded the Marketplace Application form on or before April 20, you may have received an out of date copy. The correct form is now online. The actual deadline for applications is June 17, not July 1.
The 2016 concession application form is now on the web site here.
Please note that the application deadlines for performers are March 15 for headliners and April 15 for regional acts.
The headliners deadline was changed earlier this year and the regionals deadline is a new change as of today. Please spread the word to anyone you know who might be affected by these changes.

Our post-festival wrap-up meeting will be at 2 pm on Saturday, August 29 at Mark and Beth Larsen’s residence at 1310 Richmond Frontage Rd., South Hazelton. The meeting will be followed by a potluck so bring along your favourite dish and musical instruments. Join us for a fun evening!
We have received a number of questions about the date of next year’s festival. Assuming that enough people come together to put on a festival in 2016, it will take place from July 22 to 24.
The reason for the question is that the August statutory holiday, BC Day, which takes place on the first Monday in August, will be on August 1 in 2016, the first day after the last full weekend in July. Normally, our festival is held on the last full weekend in July but, in order to avoid coinciding with the August long weekend, we have made a practice of having it on the weekend before when that happens.
